Winding

Winding involves transferring yarn from one package to another to prepare it for the next stage of production. This process also helps to remove dust and impurities from the yarn, ensuring a cleaner product.

Dyeing

We offer two types of yarn dyeing processes:

Hank Dyeing

In this method, yarn is immersed in dye for up to 48 hours, then repeatedly washed and re-dipped to achieve the desired color. Once complete, the yarn is steamed to set the dye, minimizing chemical usage and reducing damage to the material.

Capacity: 6,000 kgs/month

Cone Dyeing

Using a high-temperature, high-pressure process, yarn is transferred from paper cones to perforated plastic cones. These are mounted on stainless steel carriers to ensure even dye penetration. This method guarantees color fastness in the final fabric.

Our Reverse Osmosis (RO) based Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system ensures sustainable water management in textile dyeing operations. By passing wastewater through high-pressure RO membranes, the plant removes dissolved salts, dyes, and impurities, producing high-quality reusable water. The concentrated reject is further treated in downstream ZLD processes, ensuring complete recovery and no wastewater discharge. This closed-loop solution reduces freshwater dependency, lowers operational costs, and meets stringent environmental norms. With proven efficiency, our RO-ZLD system empowers textile industries to adopt eco-friendly practices, conserve water resources, and contribute to a greener future in manufacturing.

Sizing

Sizing is the process of applying a protective coating to the yarn, improving its suitability for weaving. It enhances fabric quality by increasing the yarn’s smoothness, absorbency, and weight.

Capacity: 200,000 – 400,000 meters/month

Weaving

Once the yarn has been sized, it moves to the weaving process, where fabrics are produced according to various designs. Our in-house weaving division meets part of our product requirements, with over 300 dedicated looms working to produce between 1,000,000 and 1,200,000 meters annually.

Pattern Making & Cutting

In our hosiery division, we maintain a comprehensive pattern-making department, producing patterns for all sizes and designs. This ensures that every garment, including vests and briefs, is crafted with precision to meet both local and international demands.

Stitching

Our stitching facility is equipped with specialized machines and skilled tailors to assemble our hosiery products. We maintain rigorous quality control at every stage of the process to ensure smooth production and exceptional final products.
